"Works just like I hoped"
I was expecting the arrangements to be straightforward and accurate, and they pretty much delivered. The charts sound right to me, and I didn’t run into any weird sections or confusing parts. Easy to use overall

"Pretty good catalog, but I think a few things are missing"
I haven’t gone through every single section, so I might be missing something, but from what I saw the catalog is decent. The selection is okay overall, just not quite as complete as I was hoping.

"Support was slow"
I had to wait way too long to hear back from support, and when they finally replied, it didn’t really fix anything. Like, I explained the issue and all that, but the answer felt kind of weak and not super helpful...

"Showed up when it was supposed to"
The delivery was mostly reliable and arrived around when I expected it to. I’m still a little wary of customer service in general, so I was glad I didn’t really have to deal with them much. Overall, it went fine

"Nice site, but a bit frustrating to navigate"
I like the look of the website and it seems like it has useful information, but using it was a little frustrating. Some pages took a while to load, and the menus felt confusing, so I had to click around more than I expected. Once I found what I needed, it was helpful, but the overall experience could definitely be smoother.
